What is our return policy? 

You are able to return most products in new, unused condition within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the product price for domestic orders. Shipping is only refunded for warranty issues.  No exceptions. 
Due to Covid-19, we are currently unable to accept any exercise equipment. These type of products would include any core stretch training tools, i.e. overstretch bars.  
All products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Product must be returned within the 15 days of the purchase date.  Product must be unused and in it's original packaging.  Used items are not refundable.  

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (and free of smoke smell). It must also be in the original packaging. 
If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised.
We highly recommend that you use a shipping method that has a tracking number. 

Our refund/exchange policy applies to resalable merchandise and U.S. orders only. Personalized items and items without tags are not resalable and therefore are not returnable. Used, misused or washed items are not resalable. We do not refund original shipping charges or pay for return shipping charges.

Your refund will include the price of the bag and any taxes, but will not include any original shipping charges, if applicable. 

Your credit will be issued after we have received and processed your returned item(s). This time may vary; if you're receiving a refund via credit card, please allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement

We reserve the right to verify returned product before issuing a refund.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, they remain the customer’s responsibility.
If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or because you received an incorrect item, you will not be charged a return shipping fee.  All other returns are charged a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from you refund total.

  • FLAT RATE and FREE SHIPPING applies to US sales ONLY. Please contact us prior to making a purchase when outside of the US. Orders will be cancelled and refunded.

  • Clearance items and Factory 2nds are final sale.  No refunds.    
  • International sales are final.

Shipping Times and Expected Delivery 

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping is typically 2-5 business days to arrive. 

Most orders will process the same or the next business day after they are placed. 

If your item is personalized, it typically takes 3-4 additional days. 

**Items may ship separately. We do our best to process and ship all products at the same time. Some products will ship separately. Tracking information is always provided. If you have concerns, please send us an email.

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.  Shipping is within the CONTINENTAL US ONLY.

International shipping rates upon request for some products.  Please inquire prior to making a purchase for shipping outside of the US. 

We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen shipments after they are in the carrier's hands.
