Warranty policy

  • If a warranty problem occurs with the Pliante', Ocho or Quattro dance bags, and is caused by a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship, we will, within our discretion, replace the product, repair the product or provide replacement parts in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein.  The rack systems on these products have a lifetime warranty. The warranty applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the product for a period of 12 months starting from the date of purchase.   
  • Replacement parts, under warranty, will be shipped, free of charge.
  • All other products, such as garment bags, cosmetic cases, chairs, etc. have a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (i.e. airline travel). Electronic photos may be required to begin the process for replacement and repair inquiries. If replacements are needed for an item purchased from one of our retailers, a receipt will be required for proof of purchase.  Substitutions in size or style will not be made, unless the warranted product is no longer available.
  • Refund/exchange policy applies to resalable merchandise and U.S. orders only. Personalized items and items without tags are not resalable and therefore are not returnable. Used, misused or washed items are not resalable. Sorry, but we do not refund original shipping charges or pay for return shipping charges. Rejected packages will incur return shipping fees which will be deducted from your refund.  For problems with your order or to request a return,please send us an email  at levelupdancesupplies@gmail.com. 

  • All brands of Dance bags are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee if processed before shipping has occurred

    • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns for non-warranty items.  
    • An additional fee of $15 will be charged for orders that are canceled after they have processed to ship if they are able to be stopped.  
    • Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.  
    • All other products are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee.
    • Custom orders are non-refundable.

    Custom and personalized orders made specially for you are non-returnable. 


    Pre-orders placed 5 days or more from release date. Cancel any time while product is still on pre-order.
