- The Large disc is 32 inches and is an all purpose size.
- The MINI is a 24 inch circle that is light weight, easy to travel and challenges you to keep your center! The MINI Disc was designed for the more intermediate dancer trying to practice minimal foot travel while practicing your turns.
- The "DOT" is 16" and is designed for the elite dancer that does not need the larger surface area the other two discs provide.
